Pleasant House keepers tried to go in my room at 8:39am and again at 10:15am when checkout was at 11am It was nice and clean

Exceptional El personal es muy amable atento y te aclaran todas las dudas en ingles y en español. Las habitaciones son tal cual se ven en las fotos son muy limpias de vuen tamaños y comodas.. todo olia a limpio y el desayuno muy rico y con un menu variado... la verdad todo estuvo genial. Y son muy amigables con las mascotas eso es lo que mas me agrado porque viajaba con mi pequeño.

It was PERFECT for Me during a Quick Stay ! I parked by the back door that is by the Pool. I tried using my room key to get in - it didn't open even though it was Green. I later saw someone from the Pool trying to get in & I went to open the door. The hairdryer did not work but they provided me with a Brand New One & said to leave it in the room bc they were replacing the old ones - so all was good. When I booked I noticed the check in time. Ohne Komfort. Für den Preis gerade noch ok Ziemlich abgewohnt. Das, was zusehen ist, war sauber. Unterm Bett war nicht geputzt. Es lagen dort noch leere Chipstüten von vorherigen Gästen dort. Für den Preis gerade noch ok. Personal ist nett. Silikonfugen im Badwaren neu gemacht.
