Location Great... Nice Size Room.. For Plantation & Location Needs Improvement- Updates & Cleaning Scheduled my check in for 3pm arrived at 4:45pm and they advised room book not available. Then told me they had a room and needed to wait for room to be cleaned. Had to wait until 5:30pm. One elevator so constantly waiting, room exterior door dirty. A simple wipe down, the couch and chair in room were fabric with stains. Made me not want to sit on without a tag. Bathroom grout needs to be cleaned. There was hair in shower assum... read more

Exceptional The first room I had the air conditioning was broken and the service Technician changed it but it still wasn’t working. However I called the front desk and they changed the room for me . Location was great

It was good! No cleaning of the room. Y’all need to clean that now! Wilber was very helpful and extremely friendly. I’m excited about my next trip just to chat with him again.
