barulho resolvido trocando de quarto barulho absurdo de crianças no quarto ao lado, com batidas continuas na porta de divisoria, e sem solução pela administração/ recepção. desci 3 vezes para reclamar quando na última decidimos solicitar mudar de quarto para bem longe dos barulhentos. Nos nos mudamos e o barulho continuo naquele andar. localização, café da manhã americano básico mas bom, limpeza satisfatória, e atendimento no check out.

Good The mattresses in room 218 needs changing. It's sunken, much to soft, especially for some who had a recent back surgery
