Good minha observação negativa é em específico com o atendente Samy no front desk. O mesmo foi péssimo, sem cordialidade, sem paciência, nos ate deu pessimamente, Localização, ficamos com frequência nesse hotel, sempre fomos bem atendidos porem dessa vez o Hotel e servicos ficaram bem abaixo das expectativas em relação as outras vezes que estivemos na acomodação.

Great place to stay! Clean, friendly staff, great breakfasts. The name says "suites" so we were expecting a larger room, but we were told we had the largest room available. My nephew slept on the floor, but he did not complain. We also thought we would have Queen size beds, not double, but we made it work. We stayed for 7 nights and totally enjoyed the property. We had a double room, which was a little tight for 5 people, but we were also able to relax in the lounge and the pool area. if we needed clean towels, or anything l... read more
