Maybe less hassle to book direct w hotel Trash in halls. Room ac leaked everywhere. Toilet paper dispenser was broke from wall. Mold on light shade from soaked carpet. Sink drain was broke closed. Shower curtain rail had a used wash cloth on it alarm clock was broken. A/c control was broken. A/c was stuck on 61. Because I booked through booking.com I was unable to get refunded on sight and I am still waiting for customer service o follow up with me. Very Good The grouchy little service lady at breakfast. She complained about working harder than everybody else. She needs to stay home or open her own business. Her attitude was not costumer friendly.. However that experience will not deter my future stay. Great Location for shopping within walking distance.
Location excellent! More upgrades to the property is needed! The king suite that I got smelled like mold and wet carpet. The front desk clerk tried to move me to another suite but none was Available. Had to settle for a regular king room. Christian at the front desk and the location.

Just Average My room had a leak my carpet was flooded and we had NO housekeeping service and we stayed there a week Close to the mall entertainment and food

The stay was comfortable, clean and the front desk are pleasant , especially Christian I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t towels for the room, I left instructions for the bed to be made, I mention it at the front desk and when I returned back it wasn’t , there’s no way there should be a shortage of towels, breakfast was okay. It the scrambled eggs was a disaster The breakfast was okay, few times I was late for breakfast but the staff acclimated me pleasant
