Room is great! Mattress? The mattress was way too soft. You lay down and you better like where your body lands. Very hard to change positions and a terrible backache. ! Our couch had some black spots on it? Bed was extremely clean as was the room. Staff was great!!
Looking forward to staying at this location again. There was a strong chemical smell in the room and hallway that lingered all day. They must have been working in a room nearby, painting etc.? The staff was spot on! We arrived early and within 10 minutes were given a room in the location we requested. Everyone was very accommodating..from the desk staff to housekeeping. Great job!.
Boa localização, late check out. Pouco espaço para o café da manhã. Muitos hóspedes levando sua refeição para o quarto. Café da manhã sem reposição de alguns ítens, principalmente no fim de semana. Hotel bem localizado, perto de um shopping e de supermercado Target. Estacionamento grátis, com muitas vagas. Próximo a restaurantes e de fácil acesso. Solicitei um late check out e fui atendida prontamente: duas horas a mais, que fizeram grande diferença em nosso dia!
OK but no better Did not like vanity in room ,poor lighting. Main complaint was dog barking at frequent intervals
Quite impressed. Would use the facilities again. The location of the hotel was ideal for shopping and other facilities that did not require to arrange transport. The breakfast was also very good.

Great Property given the location. Everything was excellent, but wow, when I had to check in there was no one at the desk. When I checked out, no one at the desk. At check in, I had to ask some other employee if there was anyone around. Either they are very short staffed or they don't realize they need to be at the desk...OR if there is a need to leave, they need to have a way to call for help.
