Wonderful hotel, but needs to replace mattresses due to sagging and dipping, very uncomfortable. Mattress was awful. Serious dip causing a sleepless night and back ache by morning. Need to be replaced. Quiet, clean, and safe location. Very friendly distaff.

great location and in summary confortable; but hotel with opportunties to improve the air conditioning seems to be all and made noise when functioning. the elevator also a little scary when it stops at the floor by making strong noice and movements. great location near shopping mall and other areas
Regular guest, will continue to stay. Good value and good location. Not told there was no housekeeping due to covid regs. Could have been communicated and alternative for getting towels and coffee for room been arranged. Not a big deal, just didn't know. Room, location
Overall good value for money. Limited options for breakfast. Coffee airpots not refilled. No shuttle service to and from airport. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent. Good hotel facilities.
