for the money it was ok. the area did have everything around. lots of stores and a mall. Breakfast could have been a little better. Lemons and honey could have been placed for tea lovers. Housekeeper I had did a 1.2.3. job in cleaning our room. very minimal. I needed the bathroom to be disinfected. The floor was foot mopped with a rag.:( The staff was at front desk was above and beyond. The housekeeper was ok. I asked her several questions and she didnt understand english. She just nodded. A home from home without the chores of housework! Not a great variety for breakfast. After 3 days of the same thing, breakfast starts to become boring. Not a deal breaker though as lots of lovely places to eat nearby. The staff were extremely helpful & always cheerful & smiling. Nothing is too much trouble. The hotel room was spacious, clean & inviting.The location of the hotel is perfect. Great places to eat & shop near by.

Good Twice in a row I tried to get back into my room with the key card. The key did not work and I went to the front desk, where another was made. It was done quickly and cheerfully. All else was fine.
