Great Property given the location. Everything was excellent, but wow, when I had to check in there was no one at the desk. When I checked out, no one at the desk. At check in, I had to ask some other employee if there was anyone around. Either they are very short staffed or they don't realize they need to be at the desk...OR if there is a need to leave, they need to have a way to call for help. Great location, close proximity to airport and price is very reasonable. Wish they had luggage storage. Front desk went above and beyond to get us in a room early. With 3pm check in and no luggage storage options, we were a bit worried we would have to cart our luggage around Fort Lauderdale. Location was good.
