Exceptional The mattress had a slight sag in the middle but was still comfortable. Everything else met my expectations. The staff was great!!! The lobby was inviting with a very nice aroma of cucumbers and mint to compliment the fruit infused water that's offered.

Exceptional They oversold the rooms and tried to make us go to another location They made sure that we were comfortable, they had a POW/MIA table in the lobby. They truly support military and first responders.
