Good The fact that I have to wait seven days in order to get my deposit back that's crazy The front desk staff was really helpful however I had to ask for my room to be clean and for my mother's room, they took three days before they came to clean hers.

Could do with variety The staff was friendly Ashley who checked us in was above excellent at first contact ( and believe me I’m from the Bahamas and have been in the hotel industry for 20 plus years ) and she was the same every time we saw her afterward both to us and every other guest The rest of the staff were excellent also. Convenient, helpful attentive staff. Smell of "old" when entering the room. Front Staff Shelia and Vanessa were exceptionally friendly, helpful and accommodating!
