Exceptional Was not aware there was a shuttle available from the airport. Check-in was quick, the room was ready when we arrived, it was clean and fresh. Breakfast was good and the hotel location was convenient for the nearby shopping. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the front-desk staff, ready to answer any questions and provide information.

It's ok, but you're really paying for the location. I didn't like that prior to us arriving from out of town, my partner was calling to let the staff know that we'll be arriving late, but no one answered. We called three times, the first time someone answered and put us on hold and then forgot us, so the call dropped. The other two times, no one answered at all. Then once we did get there, the lady that checked us in said that we should've called to let someone know that we'd be late. Really?! The breakfast was mediocre. You... read more
