Good in all the days we have stayed the cleaner "forget" to fill our shampoo bottles, its sound stupid but to find out every night in the shower that you dont have shampoo its really annoying

Exceptional Had trouble checking in with my debit card.Never had this problem with Holiday inn or Hampton inn. Was helped by a lovely young lady by the name of Shelia. Shelia went above and beyond to make sure when my wife and l checked that it was done quickly. Also my wife was out of breath from the heat so Shelia quickly got some water for her.Hoped she is commended for her great service.
