Grata surpresa Não há pontos negativos que mereçam ser escritos Hotel perto do comércio e relativamente perto do Sawgrass. O café da manhã é bom comparado ao demais hotéis americanos. Tinha até ovo mexido, máquina de waffle e iogurte. Os quartos são enormes, com dois ambientes. Não entendi as notas baixas. Superou nossas expectativas.

Very Good I have stayed there many times...The location is excellent...Front staff pleasant...Some of the facilities in the room could do with some improvement...eg...the toilet paper holder was almost detached when I got there...When I arrived the 2 packets of coffee was in the water section of the percolator all wet...it was never replenished...spent 3 nights, the room was never cleaned don't know if it's a new policy....elevator is pretty old and slow but I guess it's the only one for the entire hotel....I sometimes get t... read more
Needs lots of improvement As soon as I walked in the floor wa sticky.. I had to clean it with Lysol wipes. When showering globs of plaster fell down from ceiling. There was dirt on doors and corners. I basically cleaned whole room with Lysol wipes. Too late to go anywhere else. One elevator for whole place, always waiting. The staff was good. No complaints at all. Comfortable beds
