My husband and I enjoyed our stay both before and after our cruise, the staff are amazing. I would like to see an improvement in the breakfast options adding more hot items. Also can the boiled eggs be on a warmer instead of being kept cold. Sheila is an amazing Guest Services Agent, she is so warm and friendly and made my husband and I feel very welcomed from our first day in the hotel. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was also very nice

Pleasant Havia reservado quarto com 2 camas de casal, para acomodar eu, meu marido e minha filha. Chegando ao hotel foi nos informado que não dispunham de quartos com 2 camas, apenas 1 cama king, tampouco tinham cama ou colchões disponíveis para nos acomodar. Foi desconfortável dormir em três na mesma cama

Very Good Stayed there for 7 days and it was pretty comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was nice and Shelly (i believe was her name) was amazing at the front desk. Breakfast was nice just really early. Had a nice stay.

The stay was very comfortable with a very friendly and helpful staff. The beds in the double room were a bit small! I liked the cozy atmosphere!
