Like a home away from home. They need to learn how to hard-boil eggs so that the shell actually comes off. Probably 20% of the egg white was wasted as it came off with the shell. The staff were perfect at being customer-focused. You should try being more 'green'. (Offer recycling bins, give guests the option to reuse their towels rather than having new ones every day, replace toilets with small and large flush options.)
