Clean, comfortable and affordable! The elevator gave us a problem a couple of times - we were on the third floor and if someone got on for the 2nd floor and they got to their floor, and someone pushed the button on the ground floor the elevator would go back down to the ground floor...We know this is all because it is new and they are working out the kinks! Hotel had just been remodeled (they were finishing off the lobby) - it was clean, the rooms were comfortable and everything was "new". Loved the Orange water at the front... read more

Fair When I was in The Bahamas I booked my reservations online and selected pay cash. When I arrived the front desk receptionist who was not friendly by the way, told me I couldn't get the room, because I didn't have a credit card! That was so humiliated. But we went to Embassy Suites, who was very hospitable .
A new, great, friendly place with great rates Coffee maker in room needed a part. Pillows were kind of funky, some seemed old and lumpy, but there were lots of them. Power issue during construction screwed up the alarm clock and cable TV, but things were back right by the next day. I never found an ice machine, but I think that area was not finished yet. Exceptional The hotel was undergoing interior rennovation, but it was not really a problem, and it will be great when completed. Nice, clean, big room, and friendly staff.
