Clean, convenient hotel with helpful staff Friendly, helpful staff. Decent breakfast. Room was well equipped. Location is near the Westfield mall which is served by bus 22 from fort Lauderdale tri rail which makes travelling from the airport cheap. Also easy to get to the BB and T centre on bus 22.
Exceptional Lorena checked me in. She was so pleasant!!! I trust that I am fortunate to have her assist me on my next visit. God Bless Her!!!

Pleasant Ac went out in the middle of the night and had to change rooms. Maintenance doesn't work nights.
Convenient location, but over priced for the condition and appearance of this hotel. The entranceway to the lobby was littered with dead leaves that had blown inside, giving an untidy appearance. The elevator door squeaked as if it needed to be serviced. The room was clean, but needed an update. Apparently room rate was higher than usual due to a boat show scheduled in Miami the weekend of our stay. The location is in a safe area of Plantation and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and Interstate 595.

Okay No security for 5 of 7 days there.Problems at 1:30am Jan. 8th 3rd floor-horrible language-yelling-pounding on door closed to my room 305.Room freshened never cleaned...1 day not even refreshed Front desk clerks & manager were customer friendly.
