Exceptional There was an incident with the next-door guests who insisted on playing loud music after 9 pm. Short and will not be staying at La Quinta again. Asked the desk staff for a wake up call and it never happened. Called regarding packages arriving in my name an was NEVER informed about a $8 charge per package arriving before check in. As you are aware Amazon orders can be placed and can come in several boxes without knowing prior to shipment and the Staff did not apologize, instead claiming that the overseas call I specifically made to the hotel could have been answered by anyone.
