Very Good The location is starting to get run down outside of the room. The breakfast waffle machine needed to be cleaned out as it was not working properly. The room was comfortable and clean

Exceptional Nothing really comes to mind. The room was quite big, breakfast options were better than all other places I have stayed before. In the lobby where the tables are located they have a kids area for them to play, this is first hotel I've stayed that has this.
