It’s great It was clean and great friendly employees
Good Ice machine broken. Disappointing since it's very hot and we had just driven almost 4 hours. I would have bought a bag of ice if I had known. My room also had no blow dryer. Location is great. The front desk staff is awesome.

The place is fine. My problem is the elevator. The elevator did not work Tuesday and Wednesday I leave on Wednesday. The elevator does not work. I have to take my luggage’s four flights down stairs Location

Mostly ok Breakfast could use an overhaul. The waffles were good, but the other hot food looked fake & was shriveled . Also the fruit was tiny….the apples were the size of plums. Another issue was that there was NO juices or water for 3 days. Good value, good location, clean room.

I would like to of course thank you for your response, it allows our new ownership and management to point out the exact problems we face.
