Wonderful Since the rooms with walk-in showers don't have two beds, the bathtub should have more grab-bars? Also, the basin being separate from tub/toilet is an odd set-up.

Great location and associates, but cleanliness and quality are lacking. The hotel needs more attention to detail, especially being in Plantation location. The room was dark...all 5 lights yellow with dark dirty shades. Found hair on ceiling in shower... grossed me out. Headboard needs to be wiped down and was not. Bed was not plush and seemed worn. Pillow sheet dirty...thank goodness brought my own. **Also small TV in room and volume controlled so couldn't raise past the noise of air conditioner. Location and the front desk ... read more

I am overall satisfied with the services received. Due to my trip being medical related and I being a senior citizen, it would have been nice if I had been offered senior citizen / medical rate. The breakfast was good. The room was excellent and the staff was very professional and pleasant. Very helpful.

Lovely stay as the staff really brightened up the vibe everyone with bright smiles and very helpful. While getting settled in, after unpacking my daughter's things I noticed a tiny roach charging for her formula. We got in late the night of check-in and asked the room attendants to not clean for us the following morning then they did not cl\ean the following morning nor change the towels.
