Good There were steps to elevator making carrying luggage difficult. Steps to elevator were not clean.

We do have an ADA lift on the lobby level which luggage carts can be placed in to avoid carrying the luggage up the stairs. We apologize if this information was not shared with you. Being one of few hotels in the area that did not lose power during the recent nor'easter, we did accommodate a large volume of guests traveling with their pets. We apologize for any disruption during your stay due to the pets. Normally we have a floor designated for pets but due to the circumstances we made adjustments. I hope that this does not prevent you from choosing us again in the future.
