The staff was very pleasant and humorous. Weights (Machine/Dumbells) needed in the fitness room. Didn't have breakfast

Overall the customer service was good the lady at the front desk was extremely nice. The pool being so warm, it was nice but at one point i loved just being out to feel the fresh air because it was a little too warm. Also the location of the pool just being so open in the front door just made it weird for my little family to enjoy. Since everyone that came in to the hotel would just stare at us. Well Needed I didn't like the fact I had to go downstairs to warm up my food the room should've had a microwave for convenience. I like the location and the friendliness of the staff that made my stay comfortable.
