Pleasant The floors and bedding were not clean. There was visible hair, dirt, and stains on floor and furniture.

Overall nice The only real downside is that they have started taking in those kind of customers who are homeless and the government/social services are paying their bills. Not the most lovely people, and they always seem to have a pack of screaming kids. A little run down, but overall pretty nice. Every trip, they seem to have to come to my room to fix the AC, but when that happens they fix it within an hour.

Great location/Terrible managed property! Upon checking in and going to our floor it was MAJOR renovations going on where the carpet was pulled up/Dirt was everywhere as well as Broken ceiling tiles all over the floor. The construction made it very noisy waking you up Very early in the morning. We was not notified of the renovations until we already checked in. We still had to pay FULL price for the hotel rooms.
