Great value, location was very convenient for our visit to NY and the staff was welcoming. The shower curtain rod was not in place in a sturdy manner. It was sagging down, therefore the curtain bunched up in the middle. The other 2 rooms we had were good. Breakfast was adequate and satisfying. The staff working in breakfast room was exceptional. Very cheerful and welcoming!!

Excellent Though the pool is heated, it definitely still felt very chilly. There were very few towels available in the pool area each day and they were tiny. Also, there is a mechanical closet next to the pool with very uncomfortably loud equipment. So, though we did have fun in the pool, it was not relaxing and you had to practically shout to hear each other. Also, there was no information book in the room, we have never stayed in a hotel before where there was not at least a small book with information related to pool hour... read more

Pleasant It was an older property. Concerned with number of stairs from lobby to main elevator. Noise from highway was awful. Price and location to my daughter’s house.
