Exceptional As always a great experience they even did laundry for us at a great price such nice people very hospitable

It was a nice hotel with a good price! The staff could have been more friendly. The staff members were not friendly at all. The staff was not very friendly. We weren't greated with even a "hello, how are you? " They weren't rude but in no way friendly.

Disappointing won't stay again Our room we were given was not the one we booked and we were not notified before we reached the room. We were doubled charged. Even though sign hanging up says manager on duty we were only able to speak to him by phone. Clean with good breakfast

Exceptional Stay here occasionally and staff super friendly. Rooms mostly clean. With covid I would think they would wipe things down more, like the light switches, doors where people put their hands on to shut door, front of the dressers. I take one of their wash clothes and wipe everything down. But other then that its great. We'll be back. The staff, coffee, breakfast

It was a good visit with family but the hotel couldve let me know ahead of time about the breakfast Pool and spa not open and no breakfast No breakfast given and the hot tub and pool was not open
