We stayed for our anniversary trip. Our room was right by an exit door that we could hear shut loudly all night. It was frustrating. Our room was also by the pool and there were people talking and yelling loudly until 1:30 in the morning. When my husband called to complain, no one did anything about it. The workers at the front desk were very unfriendly. They didn’t smile at us once and acted annoyed with us when we checked in and out. We loved the room, but not the customer service.
