Not well managed Breakfast 15 minutes late, serving pieces quite dirty so I ate only pre-packaged items. Kitchen worker in gloves went down hall and used gloved hand to open door. Bath sink didn't drain.
Good crappy elevator keypad entry on exterior doors malfunctioned breakfast didn't start on Saturday until after I had to leave. should start at 6 am every day

Good There was not enough seating for breakfast- looks like they are updating furniture, but why take away the old before new was delivered? We had to eat in the lobby! Need more counter space for breakfast items-- get another counter for waffle machine- too congested Easy to get downtown & very close to restaurants
