The facility was very conveniently located. The employees were extremely pleasant and helpful. About 5 a.m. of the first morning, it sounded like the person in the room above us on the third floor was pacing back and forth off and on for 30-40 minutes. The squeaking of the floor woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. There was a festival going on in Waxahachie. Good THE BEDS ARE HARD AS ROCKS, WE COULDNT GET THE SHOWERS TO GET HOT ENOUGH FOR A SHOWER, THE EMPLOYEES ACTED AS IF THEY DIDNT WANT TO DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMMODATE YOU, KIND OF RUDE THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN, AMAZING RATES

Very nice, staff also. The breakfast, could have been a little better. Stay was very nice, lobby a mess cause you were remodeling, so that is understandable. But would stay again.

If I have need to return to that location I would look to stsy there. The only thing that could use improvement is the guest laundry facility. Unless you had your own soap. There was none that you could buy onsite. Machines very old and there was no instructions or information on how long the machine runs for the amount of money you pay.
