Great employees building needs some work The building needs work, not sure if the water damage is from the freeze we had… but the hard working employees deserve updates to the building to show how great the place truly is! Had a great stay, customer service was fantastic!

Very Good A little bit loud. You can hear very clearly when people walked by your room. Lack of staff which make you have to wait very long for check in while the staff was serving other guest (like bring towels to the rooms) Location is great as we went to Scarborough Renaissance Fair that trip. Breakfast is great. Amenities in the room also good.
