Pleasant Elevator on second floor does not go by rooms. When you get to e find floor you have to go DOWN approx 9-10 stairs. Not cool if you have things to carry. And there is no bell boy?? When I asked for one they said they dont provide that service. Otherwise not a bad place to crash. Stay on first floor lol.

It Was a nice place to get some sleep. The room air conditioner did not work very well.

I liked the folks there but the space was awkward. I would find another place to stay. The towels were not good. Old, and worn. The door to the bathroom was in a weird place and when closed there was no air movement with a fan so it go very hot in there. The staff was excellent. I saw some of them helping an elderly lady and it was very sweet to see so much care and attention.
