GOOD NOT GREAT bad breakfast. long walk to room convenience

prefer to stay elsewhere , low value for the price amenities are poor, shampoo and conditioner are combined which is terrible, no shower cap, etc, very minimal , breakfast is uninspired , nothing special or that appealing.. property halls are dreary bed was good, room was clean
Hotel was good overall let down by a few members of staff-Breakfast, Night reception & Housekeeping Our bed linen wasn't changed in 8 days, night receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The housekeeping was hit and miss, missed completely one day Breakfast was too short and often had to chase to get basics refilled Rooms a good size with plenty of storage. Jacuzzi was lovely and warm although pool was small it was warm, always towels available at the swimming pool Day time receptionists were helpful
