Breesie went in for a teeth cleaning on 4/22. I was kept informed thru the whole process. From notifying me that all pre procedure blood work was normal, when the procedure started and even got a call from Dr Patrick during the procedure when he felt it was necessary to perform two extractions. March 31 ended in unexpected tragedy when I took my 7 1/2 year old cat, Bacardi, there due to congestive heart failure/HCM. Dr. Don was very honest and solid the whole time I was there, calmly explaining what was going on and my beloved boy’s prognosis. The facility then handled having him cremated in a timely and professional manner. My only regret is that I didn’t go to LVCC sooner, because maybe they would’ve discovered something was wrong with Bacardi long before it became an EOL decision.
