Welcome to Lafayette Veterinary Care Center We are a full-service veterinary animal hospital and pet resort. We offer an array of services, including wellness and preventive care, surgery, reproductive services, house calls, boarding, training, and more. Our practice has grown over the years from two to eleven doctors, and we are now the largest veterinary practice in six parishes We are a large group with multiple talents, and we foster a collaborative environment to ensure your pets receive the best care possible.

As soon as you walk in the door you’re treated like family. The care our dog gets is top notch. We wouldn’t even consider going somewhere else. We love LVCC!
Dr. Patrick and all of the staff at LVCC have always treated my babies like they are their babies! Charli loves staying in the boarding area when we are gone and she is even able to send us text messages so we know she is having a great time!

LVCC has provided fist class care for three of my cats. Dr. Patrick truly enjoys his profession and it shows in the exemplary care and concern he shows for my cats. No matter the case, the staff is caring, supportive, and everyone has passion for their jobs which correlates to happy pets and satisfied owners. I recommend LVCC to everyone I meet because of their stellar service to Lafayette’s pets and the community. My only wish is they diversify their practice and start seeing human patients! I would be the 1st to sign up!

Recently my dog Rosie had issues which were overlooked in blood work by another vet's office closer to my home. Dr. Sanders got her back on track with meds. Another plus is every one of the staff members is friendly and truly enjoys working with animals. I'll drive the extra miles because it makes a difference in my pet's lives.
