Rented a U-haul truck from here to move things out of a different storage facility in Newport Beach, and the process was very easy. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly and helpful.

Employees are always nice and helpful! They make paying them easy by setting up auto-pay on a credit card! I have never had a problem !
Update. What this manager states is not true. This is a new management system. Several threads are popping up on NextDoor and Facebook about the recent astronomical price increase at Laguna Storage. All have experienced 150-200% price increase with zero attempt of price negotiation from the management for my unit or the dozens of others posters about their experience. Others had also complained of water damage from their units.

Truly terrible management who are rarely there. Just a smelly disgusting place. I would not recommend to the Taliban. Came back Sat am - guess what's office closed until -11:15 am - can this place be worse
