I have to say it was very Pleasant and laid back, they weren't in a rush they took the time to answer my questions. And my technician seem to be very skilled and polite. I'm about to have a large procedure done by them I feel very confident and their work and their abilities!! The doctor took time out her busy schedule to explain the procedure that would best fit my needs. She went over what my insurance would cover and what would be out of my pocket cost.
