I'm pleased to say that Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry will work with their families to provide excellent service. I had a recent situation related to a non covered service and they immediately rectified the issue. Feeling pleased!!! And as always, they provide great service and the staff are friendly!! The matter was cleared up so quickly that I had to submit another review while the "ink" was still fresh on the first review.
I absolutely would recommend this practice to parents. The staff are great and Dr. Mike is a perfectionist. The practice does not get a perfect 5 star rating because I am really disappointed by a recent encounter, after a 1 1/2 years of regular visits (every 4-6 weeks) for orthodontics treatment for my son. In order to shorten the story, I'll simply say that I was really encouraged to get a preventative treatment just weeks after the insurance would no longer cover the treatment. Having a special needs teenager with the developmental level of a toddler is a challenge on any given day. But when a parent has to take that child to a dentist, it can be quite daunting. The staff at Lake Jeanette is exceptional. The ladies at the frot desk always greet us with a friendly smile and kind words. The hygienist was amazing! She was friendly, patient, and very thorough! My children really enjoyed her. Dr. Mike kept them laughing, and was very professional. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional, as well. (They even had iPads on the wall during checkout for the kids to be entertained! Brilliant!) I was highly recommended to this dentistry and I now understand why! Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience!

i am always happy to go from my far end of the city to lake jeanette. the service is superb and all the staff is always willing to help in any way they can. I especially like that they know us by name and are always conscientious of the value of my time.
First, Thank You!! I was SO thrilled to find that I could go back with Cameron.. and his first dental experience was awesome!! You made him comfortable, but also his mommy and daddy! We loved Dr. Mike and how gentle he was with the baby, took time to talk with us personally as well as all the staff. Naomi and Dr. Mike were awesome with my 2 year old. Really made him feel comfortable, explained and demonstrated everything they were going to do. He felt calm throughout and after we left, kept asking to go back. It was a fantastic experience for me as a mom and I know he'll have a great relationship with Lake Jeanette throughout his childhood!
I was so impressed with every aspect of the care we received from your office. From the initial phone call I received direction and assistance in handling insurance matters and challenges I was facing.
