Staff was very kind and caring towards Addison. She was a little nervous for her first visit but the staff was great trying to ease her fears. Thank You!
Our 3 year old had to have a filling. We were very nervous about the procedure, but we able to observe through a window. Her vitals were monitored the whole time and the staff was wonderful. A hygienist kept us updated on what was going on. Our daughter was back to her old self in a few hours!!!!
The receptionist coming in was very friendly and fair. I was in earlier with my daughter waiting for another client being served so I got to talking with my daughter and another lady just walked straight past us to the desk. The receptionist politly told her that we were next. That was excellent and very fair. The check out lady did not look up at us but just said witI have to verify your insuarance! The techs who cleaned the teeth and did the X/Rays were superb!!

We were beyond impressed with my 3 year old's first dental visit with Dr. Mike and his staff. Everyone was so professional, welcoming and friendly our daughter enjoyed every minute and it was hard to get her to leave! We'd recommend Dr. Mike to anyone!
Both me and my 4 yr old daughter were delighted with your practice. My daughter had been fearing going to the dentist, and after going there, it was like Disneyland to her! Now she wants to go everyday! I wish ALL Doctor's offices were as fun yet professional as yours. THank you!
I truly appreciate the extra attention that is provided by all the staff. They are always willing to help and make sure the children and the parents are comfortable. Awesome customer service goes a long way in my opinion.
As always...very pleased with the cleanliness, staff and office environment. My children NEVER give me any grief when they need to go to the dentist! thanks for making it a GREAT experience for my 3 kids.
