As always, the staff & doc were fantastic. The office impressed us 3 years ago when we first started coming for regular visits & has never disappointed. Dr. Mike takes the best concepts for an enjoyable experience for the whole family with a happy environment that is always clean, toys to occupy little ones while waiting, hygienists that keep the kids entertained, & the parents able to relax. This was Luke's first dental appointment and he had a great time! Mandy and Dr. Ignelzi were wonderful! They both seemed very concerned that we understood everything and were comfortable, and that Luke was having fun! Luke is super pumped up about taking care of his teeth now, which is great for a 4-year-old. I really think this positive early dental experience will help him with lifelong healthy habits. My three year old daughter could not wait to go to the dentist today. She talked for weeks prior about how she was going to get her picture made and how shiny her teeth were going to be. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. I and his staff. All it takes is just one visit and your kids will be begging to go back!!

I rate Lake Jeanette Pediatrics 5 stars! My children have been seen by Dr. Mike and his team for several years now. They are always excited when I tell them it's time to see Dr. Mike! My childhood dentistry experiences were not as positive as theirs has been. The staff is always kind, caring and efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyonw with children or adult orthodontia needs.

We always have a great dental visit here. The staff is so friendly and positive. The children enjoy going and appreciate the feel of clean teeth. That is a priority in our house!

We came in for a routine checkup for my two daughters and the staff was outstanding. My five year old was having a difficult day and was stressed about going to the dentist. The staff were all very patient and creative and coaxed her out of her shell. Thanks so much for your help! You guys are awesome!!

Dr. Ignelzi and associates are very professional yet personable. Dr. "Mike" along with his staff have always taken very good care of all three of my children. I would highly recommend him!

Overall, going to the dentist was a very positive and fun experience for my 2-year-old thanks to the accomodating staff. When we left, he asked if he can go back to the dentist again. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist!
