My daughter had her first 3 fillings and 1 tooth pulled yesterday (10/9/12). Her response to me when her medicine wore off was "Mom, those people in that dentist office are soooo sweet. They held my hand and song Justin Bieber songs to me." We are sooo pleased with Dr. Mike and his staff.
I have been taking my son to Lake Jeanette for orthodontic and dental care for years and have been extremely pleased with the service and care received. Dr. Mike is very knowledgeable in his profession. My son had a rare problem with a tooth growing sideways in his upper gum and was referred to an oral surgeon. Dr. Mike was then able to proceed with my son's orthodontic care. All the staff are very polite, courteous conscientious and informative.
I love the staff of Lake Jeanette Pediatric,.they are amazing with my son and excellent at their jobs. You can tell they truly like what they do!
Dr. Mike and the staff at Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry are wonderful! Before my daughter, Nokomis, and son, Cameron, started coming to Dr. Mike, my children were very axious about going to the dentist. I was very pleased with the attitudes of all of the employees. My children seemed to feel safe and had a lot of fun playing there! My one large frustration is that I wish the staff had been more up front about how much I would be paying. When I got the bill I was beyond shocked and no one had prepared me for the enormity of the charges. We are so happy that we started coming to Lake Jeanette Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry nearly four years ago. So far we have been utterly impressed with our new dentist office in greensboro. I am just hoping our insurance coverage will be good in NC -seeing you pay up front a copay for your visits at this office and then they offer reimbursement/refund after the bill is paid. Waiting to see on this issue... otherwise no complaints and great staff!
Giving a dental exam to a 2 year old is no easy feat. The staff is so patient and positive. My kids love going to the dentist.
