They work so well with her She goes in terribly anxious, crying and sobbing. She comes out with a beautiful smile, clean teeth and a thousands stories about how she did not cry but just a little. The assistants and hygienists say sweet things, give me a run down of the report and have me make the next appointment all the while making certain, she is still bright and cheery when we leave.

Best dental experience EVER My 4 year kid is a worrier and very emotional and the team handled her with perfection!! I was amazed!!! Will recommend and refer everyone I know to them.
Great First Visit! The staff was very attentive to my 2 year old at her first visit. Understandably, her anxiety was rather high, but they dealt with it with ease. My only criticism is that we had to wait for more than 20 minutes to see Dr. Mike. However, during that time, my daughter was content to play with some toys provided. Once we saw Dr. Mike, he was wonderfully attentive to her.
wonderful experience My daughter looks forward to her dentist visits!!! I don't remember doing so when I was young. The staff are very nice and child friendly. We had a good first experience with the new dentist she too was very nice.
Very gentle with my nervous son We have had several dentists for our son, and finally feel that we have hit on a provider that genuinely cares about kids and has some customer service. Unfortunately, the "Carolina Smiles" of the world (read: drill and bill) love to take your money, but don't care about scaring the willies out of your kid. Always a great experience! Lake Jeanette Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry always provides the utmost in a positive and professional experience. All of the staff we have ever encountered have been cheerful and efficient. The ambience of the entire facility is bright and welcoming. Dr. Ignelzi has such a warm, calm demeanor and really helps put both patients and parents at ease. I tell everyone I know that this is the ONLY pediatric dentist/orthodontist they should consider in the triad area!
Great service as always! My girls think going to the dentist is so fun! Would have liked a heads up about the cost since we had to pay for X-rays and sealants and have to pay upfront now and are later reimbursed by insurance. Thank goodness we have a credit card!
The whole staff is always excellent. The staff is always excellent. I observed several of them interfacing with other parents and they were top notch.
