Everyone was wonderful! My boys had fun. The staff isn't just engaging in the actual visit, in the waiting room and while checking out various staff members were keeping the boys interested in the ipads and toys. The office is full of interactive toys and engaging staff.Â
The staff is awesome. Who would have ever thought my kids would enjoy going to the dentist?Â
I truly appreciate that the staff always runs on time; however, my 3 kids would have loved to keep playing with the new Ipads at the table in the waiting room. I also think it is so nice to see how engaged the staff is with my kids, talking to them and asking them questions about themselves and their day. My kids have always loved the attention they get. This office is AMAZING, I've never met Dr.Mike but Dr. Andrews is wonderful, I've never met another Dr. that was as sweet and genuinely a nice person. All of the nurses are very friendly and patient and they all try to not only make it a great visit for your child ,but the parents as well.My 2.5 year old had some dental work and even though she was screaming and hard to work on they were absolutely wonderful with her and none of them showed a bit of negativity. THANKS!!!Â
I misunderstood Eli appointment date and time and showed up a day earlier. The staff was very accommodating and still saw Eli and was very friendly. I really appreciated all that was done.Â
We saw Dr. Andrews at our visit today. I was a little nervous, because Dr. Mike leaves some really big shoes to fill! Dr. Andrews was so calming and patient with my two year old - it was such a fabulous visit!Â
