They use to be really good. I've been coming here for years and never late. They called me to move my daughter's appointment up 30 minutes (12pm) because they were running late. I was a little late (my fault) and of course they couldn't see her because it was lunch time. Well I wouldn't have let her appointment be changed to lunch time had I known.
