I've been taking my pets to Lake Street for something like 14 years now. Every member of their staff is so kind and caring. The vets provide excellent service and it's evident they truly care. I trust them completely!
The staff, beginning at the reception area to the vet techs and our veterinarian, Dr X are ALWAYS, helpful, compassionate and professional. We have taken our pets there since the 1980’s.
So appreciate Dr K. He’s so caring and gentle with my dog. She tends to freak out with novel situations and he settles her.
They were very patient when I had my two cats. They're great with my dog. I've always had a good experience. They answer all of my questions. Thank you Dr Kurt and all of your staff
