MY WIFE WENT INTO LABOR AND WE DIDNT HAVE ELEVATOR AT THE TIME SO SHE HAD TO TAKE THE STAIRS FROM THE 4TH FLOOR. NOT THE FIRST TIME THE ELEVATOR IS BROKEN, AND WHEN IT IS, IT LASTS DAYS TO BE REPAIR. OFFICE NEVER SEND LETTERS TO NOTIFY WHY THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING EVER. DIFFERENT STORY WHEN THEY WANNA CHARGE YOU/TELL YOU YOUVE BEEN MAKING NOISES LATE AT NIGHT. WORST EXPERIENCE MOVING EVER. Haven’t had AIR CONDITIONING SINCE SATURDAY and it’s excuse after excuse. DO NOT STAY HERE!

high cost of rent but lowest quality apartments. Cheap flooring, cheap construction, smelly water , dirty buildings, no security , trash that you pay extra for always broken and overfilled with trash looks like new York street during strike. Not worth the money.

This place is so trash! Please do your research before moving there. We lived there for 2 years and experienced first hand! They have no security and no gated entrance, our cars got broken into twice (including 50+ others) Not to mention the drinking/shower water smells like eggs, the hallways are complete disaster, there is poop and pee all over the elevators and hallways too, run run run fast away from this place! We were owed a refund of $275 as of April, 2016. Now, we are in Jan 2017 and after a dozen emails, we have still yet to receive it! Even Sandy Wiesebrock, the current manager, promised to pay it, yet after having multiple conversations with her, and her promising to cut the check and send it, we still haven't received a dime! This is the most piss poor management I have ever seen or dealt with! Do not, I repeat do not, have any dealings with this company!
I'm disappointed. The elevator at the first building is not working properly, the stairs are very dirty, the pets areas don't have a grass (first building), the barbecue has more than 3 weeks it doesn't work, the club house is open just while the office is open. If some leaser don't follow the lease and the rules; the staff should to claim directly to them, but it's unfair to everyone have to pay for that. I really hope this will change because I love my apartment and the area
