I have had a positive experience with every staff member I have dealt with. I initially fell for slick advertisement by Aspen Dental, was scolded by one of their reps (for Not knowing I had reached a Call Center) Dr.Brinks receptionist explained the only reason he wouldn't remove my very bad tooth. Reminding me again how very important your first representatives are...he did, gently. When i had an unexpected anxiety issue, Dr. Kelly patiently resolved that issue with a procedure that didnt involve drilling. Truly helped me. ... read more
