[name removed] goes above and beyond for the resident at Lakewest. She is always decorating the dining room each month for the current holiday. She provides special foods for upcoming activities. She provides additional food for residents to enjoy a second helping and she provides daily snacks. She has been with Stonegate for several years and has been a very loyal and dependable manager. I do not know how to fully express my appreciation to [name removed] and her staff at Lake West Assisted Living. What makes this facility stand far above all others is how much they truly care about each resident, everyone is important. Every day you see the compassion and commitment they show to a population that is often forgotten. This Pandemic has been stressful and challenging to all of us, I cannot imagine the challenge it brought to [name removed] and her staff. The staff is so good at lakewest . Starting at the manager. Five star from me. The nursing staff is great. They are right on time with the care they give. The maintenance department is one of a kind. The cafeteria is right on time. Three meals a day. Everyone is so nice. The Aids greet you at the door. So kind. I would recommend this place to Seniors all over the world. [Name removed]

Took a tour for my mom. They were SO very nice and I have been there 3 times same each time. I am moving my mother from Austin and the assistance they gave to us was incredible. Beautiful building, caring staff
