Constant communication of the process.
Were were not keeping track of interest rates on our own. Lance reached out to inform us that he could lower our rates, our payment and eliminate PMI through re-fininacing only one year after our closing. In addition he let us know that he could accomplish all of this with no out of pocket cost. All was as advertised and the process was smooth. After signing, we now get to sit back and enjoy the savings.
we were happy with leader one but were unhappy with the title company. They did not get all of the paperwork right and we had to wait 2 extra weeks for the funds. I would not recommend them at all.
