Service Rep (Ash) was helpful. Car stayed longer in shop due to additional work that needed to be done but overall, it was a very great experience. Some of the repair/replacement done was totally covered by warranty which was nice.

My Service at Land Rover Alexandria is always excellent. It is always comforting to know that my baby is safe while in their hands. They even organise Uber for me both to my home from the dealer and pick up from home to the Dealer to pick up Baby. The cleanliness of the car is superb. They really ensure you leave with your vehicle well attended. My Advisor BJ Ager and Technician Carlos are Above and Beyond. But note the other Service Advisors and Technicians also provide excellent service.
