All have to say is that Land Rover of Tacoma has had my vehicle since May 28th and I’m just waiting to get it back. Enough said on that…..Smh. I wish I could give negative stars.

Buyer Beware!! Especially Military!!! Check your Warranty information. When you move or PCS overseas, Land Rover WILL NOT honor their manufacturer warranty, despite what the sales agent says. Currently have a 2yr old vehicle with a faulty engine at 20k miles. No one at Land Rover, even Corporate, is willing to help. They refuse to hold themselves accountable, even with their own mechanic telling me in writing the engine is faulty.
I would avoid Land Rover of Tacoma at all costs! I paid them for a pre purchase inspection and nearly 10k in cooling system repairs over the past 6 months only to learn a more significant issue was overlooked and would likely require a new engine. Rather than an apology, they told me I could pay an additional 3k for them to look into it, or visit their website to look for a new vehicle. Charles Madison was very helpful and sent us what we needed as out of state buyers so that we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. This was our 7th Land Rover (first from Tacoma) and we will definitely want to work with them again!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If I could give negative stars away, I would!! The only reason I have 1 star is to get this post to publish. The purchase and service I've received from Land Rover of Tacoma has been awful. The first 6 weeks I owned my car, LR of Tacoma had possession of my vehicle making pitiful attempts to address and services the issues we had when we purchased our CPO 16' Discovery Sport. Yes it’s a nice dealership but they wont drop their numbers for any reason other than what they’ve offered on paper. It’s disappointing because other locations will and so with that, I am ok and I will take my business elsewhere . Rover Owner🤷🏻♂️

Okay this is an updated review. Our 1st experience at tacoma wasn’t the best. But it was straightened out and we were made happy. Last wensday our new disco information screen froze. The screen stayed on frozen and wouldn’t budge car locked or not. We drove straight to tacoma and cole took care of us. Got our car in right away and us in a loaner. We were just heading out for a day at Mt Rainer. We came back 4 hours later and our car was ready ❤️ . Our next Land Rover will be from Tacoma. Never ever agin from Bellevue 🤮
